Edgar Albert Guest was a British-American newspaperman and poet who was widely read throughout North America during the 20th century. His sentimental, optimistic verses earned him the title of the People’s Poet.
Of the approx. 12,000 poems Guest wrote in his lifetime, ‘The Man Who Can’ stands as one of his greatest. We hope you enjoy our rendition of it!
